Why do you need my serial number?
We need your serial number so that we can identify which machine it is you are having problems with!

What are you going to do with my phone number?
We use your phone number to get in contact with you either via whatsapp or phone call as soon as we can after we receive your report!

But I can't describe whats happening, you have to see it to believe it!
Not a problem, that's why there is a little upload button, press that, attach whatever pictures and videos you can and press submit!

I submitted my form... now what?
Once you have submitted the form you can either drop us a message on whatsapp to let us know, using the link provided OR wait for us to figure out what is wrong and we will contact you!
